Dennis Hunt - Managing Director
For more than two decades Dennis has taken groups to some of the most interesting places around the globe, producing their concerts, arranging musical collaboration, exchanges, and providing energizing opportunities to meet local people in each venue. Recognized as a trail-blazing leader in the travel industry initiating new contact between people with common interests on several continents. As a music conductor for 15 years in the United States and for the US Air Force in Germany, he has brought many diverse groups together with amazing, memorable and invigorating results. Now as Managing Director of Concept Tours, Dennis continues a mission to create opportunities for of all kinds of groups in fulfilling their travel goals around the world.
Maureen Fagan - Director of Program Services
Maureen brings an extensive background in business and theatre to the company. She holds two degrees from Villanova University; a bachelor of Arts in Honors (an interdisciplinary humanities program), and a Master of Arts in Theatre History. After obtaining a Master of Fine Arts degree in Acting from NYUs Graduate Acting Program, Maureen performed at several regional theaters. She coordinated several international educational/cultural tours while working at Villanova. Her more recent business experience includes bookkeeping and accounting duties as well as office management and administrative support in various fields, such as import/export; advertising; securities and law.
Maureen “Mia” Foyle - Tour Director
Recognized as one of 125 Top Travel Agents in Travel and Leisure Magazine, September 2004, “Mia” has over 20 years experience in the travel industry, arranging educational, leisure, deluxe and corporate travel and handling sales and customer service. While working with highly respected New York travel agencies, her clients have included Steven Soderbergh, Jules Asner, The Royal Bank of Scotland and the Smithsonian Institute. An accredited agent affiliated with the prestigious Virtuoso organization, Mia has personally escorted colleagues, friends and family on her own tour creations through 46 countries on 5 continents, while tailoring itineraries and arranging for clients to discover the world in their own style. A graduate of SUNY Stony Brook with a BA in Social Sciences, Mia also studied French at the Sorbonne, Paris and Spanish at the Instituto Internacional, Madrid.
Susanna Panzini - Tour Director
Born in Italy, Susanna is an internationally trained cellist whose study of music gave her the opportunity to study and to perform around the world. Susanna has spent the last 12 years living abroad in Russia, France and United States. Most recently, while living in New York City and Chicago, she has been working as a producer, tour manager and artistic adviser for various organizations. She received her diploma in Cello Performance in Italy, the Doctorate in Cello at the Moscow Conservatory (Russia) and the Certificate in Art Administration at New York University. Susanna is fluent in four languages: Italian, Russian, French and English.
Gregory Athnos
Greg leads tours with a cultural theme of art and religion. As Professor Emeritus and Director of Choral Activities at North Park University in Chicago, he led many tours during his 32 years of teaching. He is in demand as a lecturer on a variety of topics. Reviews for his teaching have drawn comments such as, the subject came alive in his hands. Gregs degrees are from Northwestern College in Minneapolis and the University of Michigan. He has also studied Norwegian Folk Music and its influence on Edvard Grieg at the University of Oslo. Greg has traveled as conductor, guest clinician, and as lecturer both in music and theology, the latter emphasizing the theological significance of the Art of the Roman Catacombs.
